| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Stopped at store to ask about the sampling. Four repeats were taken the week of January 12 after 1st quarter positive on the 6th. All four are negative. The firm has treated the system again with chlorine and replaced a faucet. ACTION NEEDED: Must take 5 routine samples this month. If all are negative then resume quarterly monitoring beginning in April. If positive a public notice must be posed, a copy sent to state and then must consider treatment again. | ||
