Details: SUMMARY: Reporting coliform DETAILS: 12/19/08 Talked to person in charge at the restaurant and they said the 4 repeat samples were taken to the lab on the 18th. Operator took 5 routine samples in January and all were negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for future sampling compliance
