Details: SUMMARY: monitoring violation coliform DETAILS: 2/2/09 Spoke to operator and she said that the 4th quarter sample was not taken. We discussed submitting the 3rd quarter sample and taking the 2009 1st quarter sample ASAP. She said she would call Umpqua Research tomorrow to remind then to report the samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take quarterly samples and submit on time.
