| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: 2 of 4 repeat samples were positive. One at same location as original and one downstream. Butch installed a sample tap at reservoir and special sample at reservoir absent. Chlorinated reservoir and will take another couple of special verification samples in distribution. Spoke with owner Ron and public notice will go out with March bill. ACTION NEEDED: Keep working on correcting problem and take 5 temporary routines in April and distribute public notice and send a copy to me | ||
