System has received 3 bids to reduce or eliminate the arsenic level to below the MCL. The system has issued a public notice and will continue to update on a quarterly basis. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly testing and have plans submitted by May 1, 2009 to the state for treatment options to reduce the arsenic level to below the MCL of 0.010 | ||
