| Details: | SUMMARY: Blow-off and Flush Valve Improvement Options DETAILS: This system owns and operates a well and distribution system that serves approximately 45 people through 24 connections. The system does not have any treatment or disinfection. The system currently only has one blow-off valve. The drainage near this blow-off crosses springs that are currently used as a water source by a resident in the area. The blow-off at the other dead end line in the system has been converted to a service connection and is no longer usable. The system contacted HBH to provide assistance with blow-offs within the system. I met with Board members to discuss the blow-offs. I located and observed the two blow offs within the system. ACTION NEEDED: Provide report to system with opinion of improvements needed to water system regarding blow-offs. | ||
