| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliforms DETAILS: Called Marlowe in the AM and he indicated that he had disinfected the system but still had total coliform samples. I suggested that I could take out a copper spray wand to help disinfect the sides of the casing that may have been contaminated when the piping was replaced in the well back around new years. I met marlowe at 4PM and provided written instructions on how to disinfect the well. I also provided the copper spray wand to help with the disinfection. While I was on site I also conducted a water system survey. Marlowe has also been in contact with Mel Olson to try to help eliminate the presence of total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: System will take corrective action & take special samples to determine if they have eliminated the total coliform in the system. | ||
