Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform - sample date 1/9/09 DETAILS: Mr. Schultz believes the positive was the result of high water levels in the local area. The UV light is functioning properly and is current on maintenance schedule. The firm has taken four repeat samples this week. ACTION NEEDED: If all repeats are negative take 5 routine samples in March.
