| Details: | SUMMARY: System Request to Discontinue Chlorination DETAILS: Spoke with Edward. The system wishes to discontinue chlorination. Several source samples prior to treatment had been collected and all tested absent for coliform bacteria. I explained that discontinuing chlorination was OK as long as the routine coliform samples collected in the distribution system continued to test absent for bacteria. I also provided this information in writing, see file for letter. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to continue routine coliform sampling. | ||
