| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: We had a fax positive for TC and EC received at 4:49 pm. I called Scott Paskill at the shop 503-665-6918 (note the SIDWIS # is for reservations only. Ill advise Roberta to change it). Scott was aware of the positive from the mens room bath and said that Pyxis Lab had already done the four repeats and they were negative. Hell fax that result in. We discussed the five repeat samples needed for next month as the next step in the response. Hell work with the lab on that. I told him hell likely get a call from the county as well. Of added concern was the fact that the samples were taken 6/11 and the analysis compleded 6/13 but DHS and the system were not notified of the positive results until late 6/16. Ill discuss that matter with Joe Carlson for followup with the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Await resample results. Follow up with lab and change contact information | ||
