| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for E coli positive test result from sample collected 6/16/09. Called Mike. He had already started up the chlorinator. I advised Mike to collect the four required repeat samples at the wellhead as the distribution system already had chlorine in it. Mike will collect the repeat samples Thursday morning. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect repeat samples, further action will be based on those results. | ||
