| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TCR positive monthly sample DETAILS: In reviewing the sample collection for the positive sample, it was mentioned that the sample was not collected properly. The system was also collecting 3 samples per month when only one was required. I reviewed sampling procedures with Kathy. She will convey this to her husband, Don, who is the operator. I also sent an email repeating the conversation we had about the repeat samples. Once the repeat samples are received, I will evaluate and propose an invalidation of the positive sample. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples on July 6th. Once the results are received, if they are negative, DWP will write up a proposal to invalidate the positive sample per OAR rules. | ||
