| Details: | SUMMARY: Violations for chemical non-reporting DETAILS: System has reporting violations for arsenic, nitrate, VOCs, and DBPs. All were due in 2008. ACTION NEEDED: Called operator and left message - they should send in these results if they have them. If not, then a Tier 3 public notice (included in CCR) will be required. Also changed SDWIS chemical monitoring schedule to show monitoring reduction granted for arsenic (to once every nine years), since they meet the criteria for this reduction. | ||
