| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for no May TCR sample DETAILS: System received violation for no TCR sample received for May 2009. Also has a SWTR violation (turbidity exceedance) for Feb. 2009. ACTION NEEDED: Called system and left message to send in May TCR test result if available. If not, then a Tier 3 public notice (included in CCR) will be required. Regarding the SWTR violation, I had earlier sent a letter to the system explaining the need for a public notice for this violation, and included a Tier 1 publc notice template and website directions. | ||
