| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: David Stolhand reported one of five routine samples is positive. The sample was from a home near the small reservoir on the end of a line. There is not a tap at the reservoir to sample from and not tap downstream from the positive sample. David called 1/28/09 to report that all four repeat samples returned a negative result for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: I advised David to take four repeats one at the same tap as the routine and three as close to the original sampling point as possible. Samples will be taken on Monday 1/26/09 the next day the Dalles lab is open. David was reminded after the repeat samples came back absent that for the month of February her will again have to take five routine samples and if all are negative he can return to sampling once a month in March. | ||
