Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform on four repeat samples DETAILS: 1/12/09 I spoke with Daniel Hough regarding the seven week lag between the routine and repeat samples. Given his contacts in the past with this water system Daniel has offered to call the association and discuss this alert and the November 2008 alert with them. 1/13/09 Daniel Hough spoke with Jerry today. Jerry agreed to collect one routine sample during the first quarter of 2009. Daniel will check with Scott Curry as to whether or not plan review is required for the chlorinator.. Daniel discussed the necessity of obtaining a chlorine test kit and checking chlorine residual daily. ACTION NEEDED: One routine coliform sample needs to be collected during the first quarter of 2009.
