| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: A water sample for coliform was positive on 1/6/09. When I discussed follow-up sampling with Mr. Cardwell he decided he did not want to be on the Drinking Water Program anymore. The stores activities do not require it to be on the program. Mr. Cardwell wants to be considered inactive. ACTION NEEDED: Hauser Store should be changed to inactive status. Mr. Cardwell still needs to take another coliform sample that is negative for coliforms - water still needs to be potable. | ||
