| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine result DETAILS: I spoke with Darlene about the positive test result. She had not heard of the positive result. I told her they needed to take 4 more repeat samples - plus 5 more routines in July. **additional note** 4 repeat samples were collected on 7/2/09. One was E.Coli and the other three were TC positive. See next contact report. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples and 5 routine samples in July. | ||
