| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Fourth quarter routine sample was positive. The firm was not able to get the repeat samples done until a couple of days later, because of road conditions do to heavy snow fall. Ted stated that he believed the positive was because of poor sampling technique. Ted has taken four repeat samples last week and had not heard the results. Sample date 12/18/08 ACTION NEEDED: If all repeat samples are negative 5 routine samples must be taken in January. If all are negative as well resume quarterly sampling. | ||
