| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ response DETAILS: Richard Howard called to report that his routine bacti was positive for total coliform. The chlorine residual was normal (0.65ppm) and nothing unusual happened, so he suspects sampling error. He will collect 4 repeat samples today. He will collect 5 routines in august. He was very distressed that this ruins his perfect record, but I reminded him its not a violation unless a repeat comes back positive. Hopefully not, but he will call if so.
