| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Left message for Jack Chase 4/16/09 at 8:31 a.m. regarding the requirement to take 4 repeat samples within the next 24 hours. Received call back on 4/16/09 at 8:35am and confirmed the Kerry Crab was submitting 4 repeat samples to Delta Environmental Services today and that he has the checklist from Delta for steps to take. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples within 24 hours. Kerry argued about taking at least 5 routine samples during the next month, May. Told Kerry that we will await results and talk with Katrinka Danielson about taking one quarterly sample instead of the 5 routine samples for the month of May | ||
