| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic over the MCL DETAILS: spoke to Gloria on 4/24/09. She said Lorrie with Watermasters from Junction City was going to be out today to replace a clogged filter. She also said her water system installer has been in contact with Tom Charbonneau regarding the plan review process. I gave her toms direct phone number so she could verify plan review was moving forward as state website does not show any action. ACTION NEEDED: Arsenic over the MCL for the past 2 quarters requires a public tier 2 notice. Faxed over the arsenic template along with arsenic health effects fact sheet. Waiting for copy of public notice. | ||
