| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 4/6/09 I spoke with Gary, Lois son, regarding the positive sample. Garys sister collected the sample and Gary believes that sampling error was responsible for the positive routine and repeat sample. I emailed Gary the state proper sampling technique sheet, Gary will have a look at it and will collect two of the five required temporary routine samples to start with) for April. 4/23/09 Neilson Research confirmed that two temporary routines were submitted on 4/7/09 and both were negative. 4/24/09 I emailed Gary and reminded him that three additional temporary routines are due by the end of this month. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be submitted in April. | ||
