| Details: | SUMMARY: Called regarding Plan Review conditional approval DETAILS: Discussed the details of the system. Storage tank needs to be made of materials that are NSF 61 certified. The storage tank needs a screened vent. Pump-to-waste piping will be installed. There is a flow meter. There is a raw sample tap. The chlorine residuals of zero (0) were due to sampling at a residence with a POU device. ACTION NEEDED: Check within 6 months on verification of storage tank composed of NSF 61 materials and screened vent installed. | ||
