| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: This system failed to report for January to March quarter. On 4/27 I called Paul who has taken over some of the responsibility for operations at this camp. He said that Pyxis Lab was out to collect a sample in March and didnt know why they didnt report it. I told him that it should be submitted even though late. ACTION NEEDED: System will contact the lab and have the result sent up. April - June quarterly sample was taken on 6/10 and reported on 6/15. Back into compliance. | ||
