Details: | SUMMARY: Four repeat sample positive for coliform DETAILS: 4/6/09 I spoke with Neilson Research today and four repeat samples were submitted on 4/3/09. I spoke with Don about the four positive repeat samples being positive. He does not have a theory as to what is responsible for the positive samples. He is going to shock chlorinate the well. I emailed him the state well disinfection sheet. 4/13/09 I received a call from Neilson Research today advising me that River Run submitted five samples and inquiring as to what the samples should be run as. I then called and left a message with Don Holland in hopes of confirming with him that the chlorine was completely out of the system before he sampled I spoke with Don this afternoon and he assured me that he waited five days after he no longer smelled chlorine in the system and then sampled. 4/23/09 Neilson Research confirmed that the 5 temporary routine samples submitted on 4/13/09 tested negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: One routine coliform sample needs to be submitted in the third quarter of 2009 | ||
