| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to positive coliform test result DETAILS: The original positive test result was 6/25/09. There were four repeat samples collected on 6/12/09. One of the samples leaked en-route, so three were processed. All three were negative for coliform. Six more samples (routine) were collected 6/26/09. Of the six samples, one was positive for total coliform. Due to the remoteness of the water system and the fact that 8 out of 9 of the samples were negative for coliform, it was decided to have the system follow up with one routine sample in July. ACTION NEEDED: Take one routine sample in July. If that one is negative, then one more sample in October. I also reminded about the nitrate sample needs to be collected during one of the next collection dates. | ||
