| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate incorrectly entered in SDWIS DETAILS: Nitrate results reported for 2008 indicated the source name as TP for EP-A and the source ID as WTP-A. I contacted Jeff and asked if the sample was pulled from the location EP for well #4 as all previous samples had been or from a different location. He said it was indeed drawn from EP for well #4. Jeff sent me the lab report and it indicates the correct sampling location. I do not know why it was entered differently on SDWIS ACTION NEEDED: Update SDWIS to reflect the correct source name and source ID. Resolve violation once updated. | ||
