| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: 3/31/09 Spoke to James and he said that they have been taking samples regularly and assumed the lab was sending the results to the state. I told her that the lab does not always send the results to the state. He said she would send the missing samples ASAP. A letter was also sent summarizing out discussion and giving the state address and fax number. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to ensure samples are being sent to the state. | ||
