| Details: | A routine sample collected on 7/13/20 from st#2 came back positive for total coliform (absent for E. coli). Beth contacted DWS staff via phone to communicate plan to collect three repeat system samples (upstream, downstream, original site). Chlorine residual was 0.8ppm and there was no unusual events. Update: Three repeat system samples were collected on 7/14/2020 and found absent of TC and E.coli. DWS staff failed to remind system to collect trigger sample for active ASR well. A late triggered sample was collected on 7/16/2020 and found absent of TC and E.coli. |
