| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate followup DETAILS: 3/19/09 Emailed Chris again regarding missing nitrate samples. He faxed me copies of the nitrate samples from 2006, 2007 and 2008. These were forwarded to the state. We discussed the need to take a sample for 2009 by the end of April. I also told him that the results need to be either mailed or faxed to the state ( do not rely on the lab to send the results). Results taken and submitted 4/13/09. Return to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for 2009 sample. | ||
