| Details: | SUMMARY: coliform violation DETAILS: 3/31/09 Spoke to operator and she had been taking samples regularly and assumed that the lab was sending them to Portland. The lab was not sending the samples. Upon further discussion it was disclosed that the system no longer meets the requirements for a public water system because 10+ people are not served by the system for 60 or more days/years. The inventory update was sent to close the system. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
