| Details: | SUMMARY: coliform not completed DETAILS: Contact Jeff about why a sample for coliform has not been submitted. He stated that he had forgotten and that the people he has to take the sample in were not available today and yesterday he had to work. I stated to him that he take the sample during the beginning of the quarter and not wait till the last minute. The firm will receive a monitoring and reporting violation ACTION NEEDED: Complete coliform sample and submit to drinking water office ASAP for 2nd quarter and firm receives a violation for not monitoring. If negative continue to monitor quarterly in the 1st quarter 2009 | ||
