| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: Spoke with Felipe about sampling requirements. He had collected 3 repeat samples on 7/7/09. I asked him to take one more and also explained that five routine samples need to be collected in August. The operators english was a challenge - communication was difficult. ACTION NEEDED: Collect one more repeat sample, collect 5 routine samples in August. DWP to send letter recapping conversation. | ||
