| Details: | SUMMARY: High lead levels DETAILS: 3/26/09 Charlie stated that the Green House location of the high lead sample was a sink, upon further questioning, he was sure the sink did have a screen on it. He stated that he would remove the screen and make sure it was clean and retake the sample. Someone lives in the house but he was unsure how long it had been since the sink was used since it was a sink in the laundry room. Mr. Glanagan stated that he would ask the residences about the frequency of its use and he will be sure and let the sink run good then wait 6-18 hours before taking the sample again. ACTION NEEDED: Retake iron sample at Green House sink. | ||
