Details: SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP)- final DETAILS: Sent letter to system on 4/29/09 after reviewing their emergency response plan (ERP). Letter states that ERP is in compliance. Forwarded a copy of the letter to the drinking water program files. I reviewed the completed plan at the store on 3/17/09 ACTION NEEDED: Reminded operator in the letter that the emergency response plan needs to be reviewed annually.
