| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 3/9/09 Spoke with operator and he said Mrs. Pawar had 4 repeat samples taken 3/9/09. We discussed taking 5 routine samples next month. Mrs. Pawar also stated that the soda fountain had been replaced with a pre-mix set up that does not use the water supply and the facility does no food servie. She wanted to know if she still needed to be a public water system. ACTION NEEDED: Will visit facility to verify and discuss the possibility of deactivating for no longer qualifying. Facility needs 5 routine samples next month. | ||
