Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: I contacted operator and he contacted the Waterlab in Salem. The lab said the test was done and reported in 2008. Deric got a fax of the test from the lab and sent it to me. Nitrate was done on 11/4/08. ACTION NEEDED: State to update SDWIS with 2008 nitrate results.
