| Details: | SUMMARY: Restaurant and motel license revoked due to lack of water supply DETAILS: The well supply for the site has failed and the owner wanted to use hauled water to keep the facility in service. The County Health Department did not let them operate the facility without a water supply so the restaurant and motel have shut-down. The mini mart and fuel station is continuing to operate under Dept of Agriculture license. However, port a potties are being provided on site and any hauled water is not used for drinking water. ACTION NEEDED: Review operational procedures with Dept of Agriculture representative. | ||
