| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Joe and notified him of the positive sample. He is still working with Melvin Olson and they think the problem may be with a flow regulator that was recently installed on the well. According to the operator the positive test results are not from the same location indicating a possible problem at the well or reservoir before entering distribution system. They took a sample before the regulator and one after to try to identify the source. We discussed plan review requirements if he decides to install a chlorinator. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
