Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: Sample taken 2/17/09 result 0.0152. Left message regarding situation and followed up with email to Mr. Paradis. Informed him of the need to continue to test quarterly for arsenic. At this point it is recommended that further investigation is done into why this equipment is not achieving the required results. By email Mr. Paradis said he would take action into an investigation beginning tomorrow. Also informed him of the need for public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to sample for Arsenic quarterly. Investigate the system= must be able to achieve levels below the MCL of 0.01 Issue Public notice.
