Details: SUMMARY: Correction of Source Deficiency DETAILS: Spring A was not water tight and this has been corrected by grouting concrete lid to concrete cylinder. In addition the 5800 gallon tank did not have a flap valve installed on the drain/overflow pipe. A flap valve has been installed to correct this significant deficiency additionally the 1550 gallon settling tank has a flap valve installed (the wrong box was checked on page 9 of the survey. Annual consumer confidence survey was completed for 2007 and sent to system users however the state never received this report. Lincoln County Environmental Health instructed operator to send completed 2007 report with the completed 2008 report. ACTION NEEDED: none
