| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: June 27 I called and left message and answering machine stated that they were closed for the summer but that someone will stop by periodically to respond to phone calls. I left a message for Melinda requesting information on what they plan to do to correct the coliform problem. I also need to consult with Melinda to determine if they should have their operating schedule changed to seasonal if the system is not in use during summer months. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat tests are required as well as five routine water samples in July. If one of the repeats shows a positive result corrective action and Public Notice are required. | ||
