| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample June 11, 2009 DETAILS: Called and spoke with Kay, Jacks wife and she indicated that the repeat sample had been ordered so they are waiting for lab to take repeats. I let her know that if all the repeats are negative they will need to take 5 temporary routine samples next month. If those samples were all negative then they were back on to the normal monthly schedule. She said she would tell Jack. I let her know to have Jack call if he had any questions. ACTION NEEDED: Wait to see the results of the repeats samples and respond ad necessary. | ||
