| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: The routine coliform on 6/9/09 and the 4 repeats on 6/11/09 were all positive. I called Mrs. Dahill to discuss and she said that they had to replace one of the sand filters and did not disinfect afterwards. Since then they have disinfected twice with a gallon of bleach each time, 6/12/09- 6/15/09. I advised Mrs. Dahill to do a public notice and send a copy to the state. I emailed her a template and instructions for the notice. ACTION NEEDED: System to do public notice and resample after chlorine dissipates. | ||
