| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Four repeat samples collected 5/31/09 positive for coliform. I emailed Paige the public notice template yesterday and she will be shock chlorinating the system this week. 6/19/09 I spoke with paige and she brought in a special sample after she was sure that the chlorine was purged from the system and Neilson Research told her that he samples tested negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in June 2009 | ||
