| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed installation of arsenic removal system and compliance agreement. DETAILS: I spoke with Cole about the equipment trial conducted by Ad-Edge and installation of the arsenic removal system at MacLaren YCF. The trial was successful and was able to produce water with arsenic levels at or below 1/2 MCL. The actual system is currently being ordered and will arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. This will require extending the deadline in the bilateral compliance agreement to allow for the delivery and installation of the system. ACTION NEEDED: Amend the compliance agreement and have it signed by both parties. Await installation of the arsenic treatment system and submittal of sampling results. | ||
