| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: Initially spoke with Wes on July 1. He was unaware of the test result and was not familiar with the water system. He made a field visit the week of July 6th. Spoke again on July 15. The system was chlorinating and flushing. I told him to not worry about the repeat samples - since it was past the time frame and to just take the 5 routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in July. | ||
