Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliforms DETAILS: The routine for May was positive but the 4 repeats were negative. Now, 3 of 5 routines taken 6/5/09 were positive. I spoke with Ross and he told me that there was a training problem with summer help and the chlorine residual was not being tested daily and apparently dropped too low. Theyve got the residual back up and will be testing it daily. I emailed Ross the template for public notice. I told him to post it where water is available and also to send a copy the state. He agreed. Since they have corrected the problem I told Ross to go ahead and get 4 repeats as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice and do repeat sampling
