| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: At the conclusion of the sanitary survey I reviewed with Mr. Pedersen the requirements for and ERP. We discussed the guide and I suggested the system maintain a supply of bottled water in the event of an emergency. I provided a form for Mr. Pedersen to submit certifying completion of the assessments and ERP ACTION NEEDED: Complete and ERP and submit the certification or submit plan for review. | ||
